MISSION
The purpose of SeeingFinance is to produce simple, easy to understand visual explanations of finance and economic topics. SeeingFinance is collaborating with academics and professionals to build a library of explanations that are freely available to the public.

HISTORY
SeeingFinance is a project of Idris Raja and Paul Van Slembrouck. While working at a financial firm, we discovered a huge gap in the spectrum of knowledge that is available about finance and economics. Coverage by the popular media is so superficial as to be useless, and more rigorous knowledge is packed away in dense academic and expert white papers. So, where does a curious citizen or a finance professional go for a clear introduction to a complex topic? SeeingFinance is committed to filling that knowledge gap.
